How to Use

• Step 1: Select this option, add to cart and checkout.
• Step 2: During checkout, enter the required information.
• Step 3: Upload your COVID-19 vaccination records, passport image and other supporting documents (e.g. IPA letter) in the NIR Update section and make payment. Important: Please ensure that the COVID-19 vaccination records shows the date and type of vaccination for all administered doses.

We will process your NIR Update for you. You do not need to physically visit the clinic. This will take 2-3 business days. We would appreciate your understanding to wait patiently during the updating period. The clinic will contact you if more information is required. Do note that this service in non-refundable. Any requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case and will be on The Clinic Group’s sole discretion.
