A Medical Health Certificate confirms you are medically fit to perform the pilgrimage. It is mandatory for visa approval by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (KSA) and other relevant authorities. The Hajj Medical Assessment costs $48 before GST, which will include the Hajj Medical Certificate from Singapore.
- In-person medical assessment by a registered Singapore doctor (virtual consultations not accepted)
- Official Hajj Medical Health Certificate issued upon fit assessment
- Required Vaccinations: Meningococcal (ACWY), Pneumococcal, Seasonal Influenza, and COVID-19
- Optional Recommended Vaccinations: Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Routine Immunisations
- Bring your NRIC, Letter of Intent (if required by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS)) and a list of any medical conditions & medications.
- Attend the assessment during the designated period: 31 October – 21 November 2025 for Hajj 2026.
- Complete the relevant online checklist and submit the declaration via the MyHajSG portal by the deadline on 21 November 2025.

- Ensure Required Vaccinations (Meningococcal, Pneumococcal and Influenza) are up to date before travel.
You may be deemed unfit if you have any of the following:
- Major organ failure (e.g., dialysis, oxygen therapy)
- Severe neurological / psychiatric conditions impairing mobility or cognition
- Active cancer treatment or terminal illness
- Final-trimester pregnancy or high-risk pregnancy
- Active transmissible disease such as open tuberculosis
- Dependence on wheelchair, scooter or constant assistance
Well-controlled chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension or high cholesterol are not automatic disqualifiers.
